Technical design

Glassinc will typically receive specifications from the client for items they require and the in-house design team will design the product to meet those needs. Computarised design allows for felixibility and accurate design detail. Designs are produced and submitted for client approval and used in the manufacturing process.

Manufacture

Once approval is received and the necessary materials have been obtained, the factory swings into action and begins to manufacture the items. Glass is cut and shaped according to specification, and the finishing touches, including toughening, sandblasting, colouring, and / or UV bonding are carried out.

Installation

Teams trained in the Glassinc factory are responsible, wherever necessary, for the installation of the company’ products.
